on the road to Badeni
Saturday 18.05.13 we made a trip to Badeni which is located about 80 km from Bucharest. It's a small village that has remained almost unchanged during the last years of fast change. What is special about this place is its location between the mountains and the flat land below. The view over the seemingly endless plains is quite spectacular. I took the pictures in today's post on the way there while we were still driving through the plain in our 41-year-old Dacia car.

I love that the mountains are right against the plains and what a gorgeous area, Frieda! And I'm loving that your car is 41 years old. You don't hear that too often anymore. :)

Such idyllic settings. Beautiful compositions, and I simply love the colors!!! I heard that eating delicious chocolates often makes injuries heal faster :^)
