Sulina is the easternmost point of Romania. The town has no road access, and is located between the Danube Delta and the Black Sea.

That photo's lighting and composition makes it appear as if it were painted. So I guess if you don't like boats you definitely don't get to Sulina :)
:-) Indeed...you need to spend some hours on a boat to get there. That's why Sulina is such a special place...
